Download on the Playbook, move to the z10, put thePlaybook in developer mode (I think), flash up LocalBar on the z10, push the bar to the Playbook.
I spent a handful of hours doing a bunch of bar files once fromGoodEReader. I only used it once just as a trial and it did work, but I remember it being a hassle.Biggest issue for me is remembering how to do it (don't do it very often). Good catch-I had forgotten about Localbar, but it is kinda complicated as you say.
